1️⃣ Monitoring the quality of your data with the Data Health Dashboard

The Data Health Dashboard allows you to monitor the quality of your data, the cornerstone of Individuation Marketing platform.

2️⃣ Managing your marketing plan with the opportunity calendar

The Opportunity Calendar menu is the entry point to the Splio platform. It allows you to have a calendar view of all the opportunities that are part of your marketing plan.

You can create Recurring or One-shot opportunities.

Creating a Recurring Opportunity

You should keep in mind:

▶️ Engagement vs Purchase: the difference lies in the ability to select offers from your catalog. Purchase opportunities allow you to define the offers concerned, which will then be assigned by dispatch to each customer according to their appetency and buying behavior (more details here).

▶️ Selecting the type (Engagement or Purchase) and the goal (cross sell, churn, etc.) is key, as it impacts the arbitration of your opportunities (more details here).

▶️ We advise that you set an end date as far in the future as possible. By default, the end date of the opportunity is set to 10 years after the start date (more details here).

▶️ The repeatability feature allows you to send an opportunity several times to the same customer and define the frequency.
Warning: by default, opportunities are not repeatable, so don't forget to enable the option (more details here).

▶️ In the case of a Purchase opportunity, you must select at least one offer. You can select as many offers as you want, the Dispatch will identify the perfect match: the best offer for each customer (more details here).

4️⃣ Launching opportunity arbitration and export results for activation

Once you have set up your opportunities, from the calendar you can:

→ Launch Dispatch

The Splio algorithms will then arbitrate all the opportunities and identify the best communication to send to each customer.

Once dispatch has been performed, you can export the results to your Campaign Management System (CMS) for activation.
