Selecting Offers
Depending on the opportunity type and goal selected in the Description
tab, the opportunity creation page might include an Offer Selection
tab.
⚠️ If you are creating an engagement opportunity, you can skip to the next step.
For a Purchase opportunity, you must select the offer(s) to be included in your opportunity. A minimum of one main offer is required to continue the creation process.

1️⃣ To begin, you need to define a few criteria.
👉 Define the offer type of your offer(s): data, voice or combo.
👉 Select the offer type: Above the line
and/or Below the line

👉 Choose the level of generosity of the offers you would like to add to the opportunity
👉 Filter on the validity of your offer(s).

2️⃣ Next, the solution identifies the list of offers that meet these criteria.
👉 Select from the list.

Adding strategic offers complementary to main offer (optional)
Depending on your needs, you can then add up 3 strategic offers complementary to this main offer up, which your clients can receive if they are relevant.

field, you can add offers for the same offer type as the main offer:

allows you to send your customer a complementary offer, from the same offer type (data for example) but with a lower validity, which they can use to complete their consumption during the validity period.Add a price jump

enable you to send your customer a higher level offer (price or validity) than their appetency calculated by our algorithms, to give customers a choice of offer levels.
👉 As soon as you click on these buttons, the filters between the main offer and the strategic offers are synced by default. The same list from the main offer appears. You can exclude certain offers according to your needs. If preferred, you can deactivate the sync and change the strategic offer filters independently.
⚠️ Our algorithms will propose to each client the most relevant offer from the list of strategic offer(s). If none of the offers are relevant, then the client will only receive the main offer.
Adding more offers
Once you have set up your main offer, you can add offers from another type:
Second offer
andThird offer
allow you to send your customer an additional offer of another type (data for example), giving customers a choice of offer types.
👉 As soon as you add a second or third offer, the selection method of the offers concerned is identical to that of the main offer.
⚠️ If you add 2 cross-sell offers, our algorithms will determine the most relevant offer type to push to your customer besides the main offer.
