The files sent to us may encounter some errors when uploaded. The content might be incorrect and the delay to which it is sent to us might have changed too.

If this happens, an error will be flagged and you should investigate with your technical team. We have listed below the types of alerts that you may encounter:

Error= we have received a file that does not correspond to the file we are expecting (the columns do not match what we are expecting, either because columns were added or removed). The files sent for a specific asset should always follow the same schema, defined during the setup of your platform (this can be found in Data Health Summary in the Expected Schema column).

👉🏼 If you plan to make modifications (e.g., adding or removing columns), please speak to your contact at Splio in advance so that we can update our side accordingly.
Until we accommodate these changes, the data from this table won't be updated, which may take up to 48 hours (1 week without prior notice).
Outdated = we have stopped receiving updated from an asset. Files are expected to be sent on a regular basis (by default every day). The expected frequency is visible on the Data Health Dashboard for each asset. If no file has been sent, an alert will be shown and flagged at outdated. In such cases, it is likely that the update process of the table is broken and you should investigate with your technical team. Some common issues that can lead to an outdated errors include:
- A broken script is used to send files.
- Broken data sources (dates from the year before for example)
- A broken connection to the SFTP.

💡 Tip

Note that there can only be one alert per asset. You can click on the error of the asset to see more information and explanation about the different files in it and this will open a drop-down menu. The required action column will also provide you with more details on the errors and the actions to take.
