Creating a One-Shot opportunity

You create your opportunities from the Opportunity calendar menu

👉 Click on the Create opportunity button .

💡 Tips: from the weekly view, you can also create your opportunities directly in the calendar from the One-Shot or Recurring part.

Defining key parameters for your opportunity

👉 Click on One-Shot

👉 Give a name to your opportunity

👉 Set the sending date

The default date is the following day. You can change it using the calendar.

👉 Define the opportunity type: Engagement or Purchase (mandatory).

👉 Select the channel on which you want to send your opportunity, in this case: SMS.
