Training 3️⃣ - Creating eligibilities

In the excel file shared during setup, you'll find the key information you need to make the best use of the variables.

• Which variables are available to you to create your eligibilities?

• What is the source table for each variable?

• What is the calculation period for each variable?

The Audiences menu allows you to easily create eligibility based on a multitude of variables.

Eligibilities created can then be added to One-Shot and Recurring opportunities, helping to narrow the AI's playing field.

Key points:

• Adding eligibility is optional.

• Keep in mind that a filter is already applied to your Recurring opportunities according to the Opportunity Goals you define for each opportunity.

• Dispatch uses all our predictive models to make decisions, so there's no need to build eligibility based on predictive variables.

For analysis purposes, you can export the eligibilities created in the Individuation platform.
