Limiting the number of messages sent monthly on each channel

The platform lets you define a maximum number of messages sent monthly on each channel.

👉 Go to the Settings > Global Settings menu.

👉 The Monthly channel quota section allows you to set limits on each channel.

👉 Click on the Call Center button and set the maximum number of calls to be sent on this channel.

💡 Note

  • When the button is not activated on a channel, then no limit is applied.

  • Monthly quota is based on calendar months and resets at the start of every month

  • Quotas can be adjusted up or down to meet your needs.
