Limiting the number of messages sent monthly on each channel
The platform lets you define a maximum number of messages sent monthly on each channel.
👉 Go to the Settings
> Global Settings
menu.
👉 The Monthly channel quota
section allows you to set limits on each channel.

👉 Click on the Call Center
button and set the maximum number of calls to be sent on this channel.

💡 Note
When the button is not activated on a channel, then no limit is applied.
Monthly quota is based on calendar months and resets at the start of every month
Quotas can be adjusted up or down to meet your needs.
