Setting the priority level

If you are creating an Engagement opportunity, you can adjust the opportunity's priority level in the Priority tab. This priority level is relative to the other opportunities with which it could compete during dispatch.

By default, the priority level is set to Low Priority.

👉 You can modify it to suit your needs and choose from 3 levels: High Priority, Medium Priority or Low Priority.

What is the impact on opportunity arbitration?

High Priority opportunities are the first to be arbitrated: all customers will be selected if they meet the set constraints (eligibility, volume constraints, marketing pressure).

Next, the arbitration engine performs the same dispatch on opportunities set to Medium Priority, and then on those set to Low Priority.

👌 For opportunities that are a top priority in your marketing action plan, we advise you to use the High Priority level.
