Create a prerequisite link between Recurring opportunities
Would you like to create a sequencing mechanism between several opportunities and define the order in which your customers should receive them?
💡 Thanks to prerequisite links, you can define that an opportunity can only be sent to customers who have already received another opportunity.

👉 From the Constraints tab, on the right-hand side of the screen, you define the opportunity you want to link with a prerequisite.
You can use the search bar to find your opportunities.
Note that you can click on the 🔗 icon to remove the link.
Set the delay for the prerequisite link
You can define the minimum time gap between the 2 opportunities.
👉 Enable the Time gap button, and set the delay between opportunities.
⚠️ This is a minimum delay, after which our algorithms will determine the right moment to send the second opportunity to the customer.
