Check the list of opportunities arbitrated during past dispatches with My Opportunities
In the Past Opportunities
tab of the My Opportunities
menu, you can find the list and the results of your past opportunities arbitrated in previous dispatches.
Filtering the list of your past opportunities
Depending on your needs, you can use filters to refine your analysis.
👉 Several filters are available and can be used independently or in combination:
channel,
opportunity type,
month,
tag.
What is the result of a given dispatch?
For each daily dispatch, you can find the overall volume of individuals selected for an opportunity during dispatch.
We invite you to refer to the Dispatch Dashboard detailed in this guide to find out more about dispatch results and the final volume of individuals targeted.
How was my client database arbitrated?
By clicking the 📊
icon, a dashboard appears in a side panel.
The Graph View
allows you to understand how the constraints defined when creating your opportunities were applied during dispatch. The funnel informs you about the volume of individuals selected during the different stages of arbitration.

How were my opportunities arbitrated?
Click on the >
button on the left of the line of the dispatch you want to analyze.
👉 You will find the list of One-Shot and Recurring opportunities arbitrated.
👉 For each opportunity, you can view the number of individuals selected during dispatch.
👉 To go further, you can click the 📊
icon. The funnel will allow you to understand dispatch and volumetrics at the opportunity level.

💡 Tips
At a glance, without having to go into the details of dispatch, you can view the distribution by type of opportunity (Purchase or Engagement) from the
Opportunities
column.From this screen, you can also act on your opportunities:
edit your Recurring opportunities and adjust the parameters for the following occurrences,
or duplicate your One-Shot opportunities to reschedule them at a later date.
