👉 In Opportunity Types
, select Purchase.

, select Anti Churn.
👉 The Specificities
section lets you define which customers are eligible for this opportunity depending on their risk:
Global churn allows you to target at-risk customers across your entire offer (data and voice).
Data churn lets you exclusively contact customers likely to churn on Data.
Voice churn enables you to specifically target at-risk customers on Voice offers.
Selecting offers for your anti-churn opportunity
In the Offer Selection
tab, you select all the offers you want to push to your at-risk customers.
