Choosing the Recurring type: Purchase or Engagement

When creating a Recurring or One-Shot opportunity, you must enter an opportunity type and you can choose between Purchase or Engagement.

This choice depends on the objective of your opportunity, and has an impact on opportunity arbitration.

-

Purchase opportunities are tailored to your commercial operations based on offers.

Would you like to conduct your CVM plan based on certain products or on your entire product catalog?
Purchase opportunities enable you to target the customers most interested in your offer. These opportunities will be arbitrated based on your customers' appetency to purchase.

-

Engagement opportunities are adapted to your CVM as relational opportunities that are not based on offers.

Engagement opportunities enable you to boost responsiveness KPIs and maintain a long-term relationship with your customers through informational, non-offer-based communications.
