Analyzing arbitration results with the Dispatch Dashboard

The Dispatch Dashboard is a reporting tool that allows you to analyze the results of the arbitration performed by the Splio algorithm for each of your offers and opportunities.

The Dispatch Dashboard displays various axis of analysis, which we will cover in this guide.

💡 Note that you can zoom in or download the data via the ... button displayed in the top right-hand corner of each axis.

👉 Start by selecting the dispatch date you wish to analyze.

💡 You can filter the dashboard by Opportunity Goal (upsell, churn, etc.) and by Opportunity.

Monitoring the activity of my client database

What is the total number of clients targeted by the Dispatch?

The first axis allows you to see the volume of contacts targeted.

-

How did the arbitration go?

Discover the key figures for arbitration: the number of opportunities selected for at least one client vs. the number of opportunities set up on D-day, and the number of offers attributed on the day of dispatch.

-

What is the distribution of targeted contacts by value segment?

The second graph allows you to evaluate the share of targeted contacts according to each value segment, either overall or by opportunity.

Analyzing the dispatch results of each opportunity

Do you need a detailed view of dispatch results by opportunity?

The Split of users per opportunity table allows you to analyze how each opportunity was arbitrated: it allows you to identify the number of targeted individuals versus the number of reachable individuals.

-

By default, the view is limited to a few columns.

💡 If you wish to display the volumes of each dispatch stage and better understand the decisions made, you can display more information using the Show/Hide columns button.

Identifying volume variations between competing opportunities

Do you want to know the level of competition between opportunities?

The Competing opportunity table allows you to analyze volume variations of selected individuals (losses or gains) correlated with arbitration decisions between opportunities.

Viewing the breakdown of targeted individuals by opportunity and offer

The Total users per offer graph (image 1) shows the volume of customers targeted by the algorithm for each offer, across all opportunities.
-

Split of users per offer by opportunities (image 2) allows you to identify, for each opportunity, the number of customers targeted for each offer.

💡 You can switch to a table view by clicking the icon at the top right of the graph, and sort the display of columns by offer name or number of targeted contacts.

Assessing dispatch ability to detect offers

When arbitrating offers, our algorithms will identify the ideal offer for each customer which meets every criteria (appetency, price, validity and generosity).

👉 Total fit for Customers shows you how many people have received this offer.
-

If the algorithm cannot find an offer that meets every criterion, it will identify a suitable alternative for the customer, without any risk of revenue cannibalization.

👉 Customers with alternate Offers allows you to identify the number of customers who received an alternative offer.
-

If there is no relevant offer for the customer, they will not receive any offer.

👉 No offer matching Customers allows you to identify the number of customers in that case.

Understanding how additional offers were arbitrated

The Strategic Offer section allows you to :

  • Identify the number of opportunities set up with additional offers using theSplit of opportunities per strategic offers activation table

-

  • Analyze how these additional offers have been attributed at the end of the Dispatch using theSplit of targeted per strategic offer attribution table

Analyzing the attribution of offers for each opportunity

The Cross level split of customers per offers section allows you to analyze the attribution of offers for a given opportunity.

👉 Select the opportunity of interest, and define the offer levels you wish to analyze (main offer, second offer, add-on, etc.).

The table allows you to identify, for each combination of offers built by Individuation, the number of individuals targeted.
